Encycle helped Sigler Brea pair Carrier Connect Wi‑Fi commercial thermostats with Encycle’s Swarm Logic® cloud-based energy optimization technology to create a “virtual” building automation system. The solution improved RTU control and reporting while reducing HVAC electric usage by 29%, cutting electric consumption by 43,671 kWh, lowering average peak HVAC demand by 13%, and saving an estimated $5,989 annually, with overall building electric usage reduced by 8%.
