LeasePlan Corporation N.V, a global vehicle leasing and fleet management company operating in 30+ countries (with 116,000 vehicles in ANZ and ~440 ANZ staff), faced a decentralized, paper-based onboarding process and inconsistent manager-led experiences that caused missing or incorrect forms, delays and uneven new-hire outcomes. To drive HR digitisation and automation, LeasePlan selected Enboarder’s onboarding platform to replace manual packs, reduce rework and standardise the candidate and manager experience.

Enboarder was rolled out quickly (two-thirds of the HR team trained) and is now used for all new-hire onboarding plus leadership training, events, compliance declarations and offboarding, centralising and automating interdependent processes and prompting managers at the right times. LeasePlan estimates tangible results from Enboarder: about $40,000 saved in reduced labour administration and rework, $120,000 saved from faster new-hire proficiency, nearly $90,000 recovered from reduced pre-day-one dropouts, and $1,795 saved in printing/mailing—alongside stronger manager adoption, better compliance and a simpler, more enjoyable onboarding experience.
