Scentre Group, the ASX‑listed operator of over 40 Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand, was struggling with highly inconsistent onboarding: new hires experienced different induction quality across regions, managers lacked a framework to support new starters, and seasonal casuals needed faster ramp-up.
