Eventbrite, the global ticketing and event platform with 900+ employees across 11 countries, needed to scale a consistent, engaging onboarding experience—its process was manual (individual Keynote attachments and emails) and managers were unclear on their onboarding responsibilities. To solve this, Eventbrite implemented the Enboarder platform to manage employee, manager, and new-hire buddy communications during pre-boarding and onboarding.
Using Enboarder (integrated with Lever and DocuSign) Eventbrite automated workflows, started onboarding 30 days before a new hire’s first day, and created regional baseline journeys that include a CEO welcome video, a quiz, a pre-start event task, and automated manager “nudges.” The result: increased manager participation to 73%, a much more engaging onboarding experience, and a massive reduction in manual workload.
