Domain is a leading digital property portal and media group of more than 700 employees that had historically relied on spreadsheets, ad hoc emails and an intranet for onboarding after separating from Fairfax Media. Rapid growth (from ~200 to 700 employees in under two years) exposed inconsistent, labor‑intensive onboarding and poor visibility, so Domain selected Enboarder to deliver a more experience‑driven, user‑centric onboarding process.

Enboarder was rolled out nationally with multi‑team, role‑specific workflows (supplemented by face‑to‑face training) and integrated with Domain’s HRIS (Cornerstone) to automatically trigger the process at hire. The solution staggered timely content to managers and new hires, driving consistently high engagement: Domain onboarded 283 new hires in the past 12 months, achieved an employee NPS of 83, and reallocated headcount previously consumed by manual onboarding to higher‑value work.
