How AA New Zealand Implemented Best Practice Onboarding Across Their Diverse Organisation

AA New Zealand, the national Automobile Association with over 900 employees serving 1.7 million members, faced a broken, manual onboarding process that left HR without visibility and placed unsustainable administrative burden on hiring managers. To build a great candidate and new-hire experience they selected Enboarder’s onboarding platform (integrated with their ATS, SnapHire) to replace the paper forms and ad-hoc manager-driven setup.

Enboarder was implemented with customised, role- and location-specific workflows covering preboarding through the first 90 days (with scope to scale to offboarding and other use cases), and integrated with AA New Zealand’s systems to provide engagement data.
