A Enablon Case Study

Preview of the Ergon Case Study

Sustainable EHS from Enablon and E2 Managetech to Support Ergon’s Growth and Reinforce Environmental Compliance

Ergon, a diversified energy and industrial company with about 2,600 employees and roughly 60 U.S. facilities, needed to modernize its EHS systems to support growth and acquisitions. The company sought to replace aging, disconnected software, eliminate data silos, strengthen accountability, and incorporate reliable tank-emissions and air‑quality calculations after the industry tool TANKS 4.09 lost EPA support.

Ergon implemented Enablon’s unified EHS platform with implementation and EMIS expertise from E2 ManageTech, deploying incident management, performance metrics, regulatory compliance, audits and air-quality modules and integrating tank-emissions calculations with existing transaction systems. The rollout consolidated events and reporting, automated emissions validation, reduced data-entry burden, standardized corrective-action processes, improved incident-cost analysis and audit-readiness, and fostered stronger cross-company EHS collaboration.
