A Fortune Global 500-sized energy delivery company with an 11,000-strong workforce and the world’s largest pipeline system sought to maintain a world-class zero‑incident safety culture while executing a $36 billion growth program. Operating across North America and generating nearly 2 GW of renewable energy, the company needed to ensure cross‑border regulatory compliance, streamline emissions reporting, and phase out numerous disparate legacy systems and manual spreadsheets that hindered timely, auditable decision‑making.
