Solotel, a prominent hospitality group operating 19 hotels and restaurants across Sydney and Brisbane, needed a better way to manage HR and compliance across a large, seasonal workforce of more than 1,200 employees. As a result, Solotel can now manage all sites remotely from head office, home, or an iPad, while improving record keeping, access to employee information, and compliance visibility across the business.
