AHG, Australia’s largest motoring group with more than 4,500 employees across 100+ sites and service centres, needed a way to let dealerships manage everyday HR tasks without relying on state offices. The company wanted to maintain consistent policies, manage employment risk, and escalate issues to HR when needed. enableHR was used to support this distributed HR model.

enableHR enabled AHG dealerships to handle recruitment approval, pre-employment processes, automated contracts, probation and performance reviews, counselling, terminations, and online employee files within AHG’s own policies and workflows. The solution gave line managers more control while improving compliance and freeing HR Relationship Managers to focus on higher-level work, with better visibility of workflows across dealerships, states, and the company. The rollout was described as straightforward and responsive, and expansion to additional states and dealerships is ongoing.
