Unitas Wholesale, the UK's largest wholesale services company (turnover exceeding £8.5bn, supporting 180 independent wholesalers), faced time-consuming, error-prone manual rebate processes after a merger—spreadsheets caused missed rebates, poor forecasting and reporting, and members couldn’t see or track entitlements until year end. To address this, Unitas turned to Enable and its suite of supplier- and member-facing rebate management systems.
Enable implemented a central, intuitive rebate management platform that lets suppliers and members set up promotions, sign off deals, and view trading agreements in real time. As a result, Enable helped Unitas uncover previously missing rebates, speed up payments and improve cash flow, give members visibility into potential earnings and growth, and reduce disputed claims through clearer deal approvals and better forecasting.
