Enable implemented an integrated system that verifies profit margins on sales lines, automates rebate billing and removes manual re-keying, improving accuracy and administration. The result: one person issued almost 5,000 invoices with an eight‑figure order value in 2009, administration time fell by two weeks each month, over £1 million in accelerated cash flow (saving tens of thousands in interest) and faster stock turnover (up to 10× per year); Enable’s solution also flags deals sold below cost, preventing costly missed rebates.
