Bupa, the UK's largest owner/operator of care homes with over 300 homes and 25,000 staff, faced inconsistent, ad hoc reporting across individual profit-and-loss centres that made consolidation, analysis and timely action difficult. Seeking a robust electronic forms and data-sharing solution to standardise management, compliance and financial reporting, Bupa partnered with Enable to address poor data consistency, duplication of entry and slow back-office processes.

Enable delivered a configurable electronic-forms system and common data protocol that allowed each care home to log in, enter validated data and make it immediately available for central reporting and analysis.
