Enable, a provider of business process systems, was engaged by Babcock Airports, a division of Babcock International Group PLC, to address challenges in its operational reporting and site improvement proposal processes. The customer required more flexible and robust systems to log operational downtime incidents and manage improvement ideas, seeking to eliminate reliance on older applications and facilitate better stakeholder engagement.

The solution implemented by Enable consisted of two independent systems: one for operational reporting to provide client visibility into downtime incidents, and a hosted workflow management system for site improvement proposals. Development was straightforward following comprehensive analysis, with minimal adjustments needed after user acceptance testing.
