Case Study: Two Rivers Supervisory Union achieves a seamless managed fiber network with ENA

A ENA Case Study

Preview of the Two Rivers Supervisory Union Case Study

Opening the Door to a Robust Network of Learning Opportunities

Two Rivers Supervisory Union (TRSU), a rural Vermont school district serving seven communities, needed to replace its outdated, fragmented network infrastructure with something more reliable and scalable. With growing use of mobile devices and digital learning tools, the district lacked the personnel and expertise to manage a new WAN on its own, and it wanted a cost-effective alternative to hiring additional staff.

ENA partnered with TRSU and Vermont Telephone Company to implement a managed fiber-optic broadband network, adding its managed service layer to the district’s new hub-and-spoke WAN. The result was a cohesive, reliable network with 24x7x365 monitoring that reduced the burden on TRSU’s small IT team and improved connectivity for students, teachers, and administrators. While the case study does not cite hard metrics, TRSU reported stronger peace of mind, easier troubleshooting, and a network that now simply “is there,” enabling more personalized learning and expanded web-based opportunities.
