Manchester City Schools partnered with ENA to replace an outdated, expensive phone system that required individual PBXs at each location and generated a 69-page billing process that was difficult for the district to understand and manage. The district wanted a low-maintenance, reliable, and cost-effective VoIP solution that would simplify billing and reduce the overall burden on its finance team.
ENA implemented ENA SmartVoice, a fully managed, cloud-based voice solution that removed the need for on-site servers and extra switches while adding modern calling features and easier administration. The result was more than 150 new phones installed across the district, billing reduced to a single page, lower costs, and a smoother communication system that better supports future growth and school safety needs.
