A ENA Case Study
The School District of Clay County was working to build a holistic, data-informed learning model that could bring together attendance, financial, discipline, test score, socio-economic, teacher evaluation, and technology usage data in one place. With multiple systems and limited visibility into how classroom technology affected student achievement, the district needed a better way to cross-compare data and make more informed instructional, fiscal, and operational decisions.
ENA supported Clay with CatchOn for real-time device and app usage analytics, Innive K12 360 for aggregating district data into on-demand dashboards, and ENA TrustCompute as the planned cloud hosting platform. The district quickly identified unused apps and canceled some licenses and subscriptions, improving ROI, while also uncovering data inconsistencies that needed correction. With ENA’s solutions, Clay is creating a scalable, cloud-based analytics model that helps leaders make better decisions and better align support to student needs.
