Lifespan Health Leverages Technology to Deliver High-Quality Care to More People

Lifespan Health, a rural healthcare provider in southwestern Tennessee, needed a way to deliver high-quality, affordable care to a small, geographically dispersed population with limited reliable connectivity. After a frustrating experience with another broadband provider, the organization turned to ENA for managed network and connectivity support, along with security services to better serve patients and reduce the burden on its small IT team.

ENA implemented a more robust, reliable network and ENA NetShield UTM to strengthen security and support telehealth. As a result, Lifespan Health tripled its sites over 15 years, now serves more than 14,000 patients, and can offer remote behavioral health services and virtual collaboration without frequent outages. ENA’s dependable service and security tools also helped protect patient data and reduced administrative strain on staff.
