How Tennessee’s Greeneville City Schools Is Leveraging Technology to Effectively Personalize Its Learning Environments

Greeneville City Schools, a top-performing Tennessee district, wanted to move beyond simply deploying devices and instead create a more personalized, instruction-first digital learning environment. To support that goal, the district needed reliable connectivity and a technology foundation that would let teachers and students work anywhere, on any device, without technology becoming a barrier to learning. ENA provided the managed Internet service and VoIP support that helped power the district’s digital transformation.

With ENA’s infrastructure in place, Greeneville expanded 1:1 learning for grades 3–8, enabled flexible teaching and collaboration, and supported teacher-driven professional development, student tech teams, and more personalized classroom experiences. The results included stronger student engagement, better communication, and more authentic learning, along with measurable community support: the district’s education foundation raised $750,000 in less than a year to fund student devices. ENA’s services helped Greeneville sustain a robust, future-ready network that supported these outcomes.
