How One Rural Healthcare Provider Improved Its Wi-Fi—and Improved Patient Health
Dickenson County Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS), a rural healthcare provider in Dickenson County, Virginia, struggled with unreliable Wi‑Fi and limited in-house IT resources. With only two off-the-shelf routers and little signal in key areas, DCBHS needed a better network to support patient services, telehealth, and the broader community. It chose ENA’s managed Wi‑Fi service, ENA Air, to replace its inadequate setup.
ENA designed and deployed the new network from the ground up, including a site survey, new switch installation, access point redesign, firewall setup, and heat map validation.
