Florida’s School District of Clay County Successfully Deploys Hosted VoIP Service

The School District of Clay County, a Florida K–12 district serving about 35,100 students across 48 schools, needed to replace its failing legacy phone system with a more modern, reliable communications platform. The district turned to ENA and its hosted VoIP solution, ENA SmartVoice, to support a smoother transition and better meet the needs of its schools and IT staff.

ENA implemented SmartVoice across 24 sites, giving Clay District an online management portal, mobile app capabilities, and access to an experienced support team. The result was a seamless migration to a cloud-based voice platform with improved mobility, easier administrative control, and stronger support, allowing the district’s IT leaders to focus more on classroom technology initiatives.
