A ENA Case Study

Preview of the Wilder School District Case Study

Closing the Digital and Achievement Equity Gap for Idaho’s Students

Wilder School District, a rural Idaho district serving about 486 students, most of whom are low income and many of whom lack home Internet access, wanted to create a more equitable 1:1 learning environment. To support its goal of personalized learning for every student, the district turned to ENA and its managed Wi-Fi service, ENA Air, as part of a broader Apple ConnectED initiative.

ENA helped Wilder assess and upgrade its wireless infrastructure, design a scalable network, and support seamless connectivity across the district’s schools. The result was reliable anytime/anywhere access for students and stronger teacher confidence in using technology, with access points throughout classrooms and common areas and free Sprint data connectivity extending learning beyond school. Wilder reported daily engagement gains, happier teachers, and powerful student outcomes, including children creating iMovie and Keynote projects and one student saying, “This makes me feel so smart.”
