The Government Technology Agency, a national agency providing shared digital infrastructure in Southeast Asia, faced a significant challenge in managing its certificate lifecycle. With certificates procured and tracked separately across different services, the agency lacked a centralized view of its estate, which led to a service disruption and an audit finding.
