Pfeiffer Vacuum launches Android HMI in weeks with Emteria
Pfeiffer Vacuum GmbH's subsidiary, DREEBIT GmbH, needed an easy-to-implement Android-based operating system for the HMI of its GSD 350 gas analyzer running on a Raspberry Pi Compute Module. Their challenge was to improve the user experience of their industrial device while meeting specific technical requirements like Kiosk Mode and GPIO access, all within a cost-effective and rapid development framework.
