WorkXtra Aged Care, an Australia‑wide provider of multidisciplinary therapy services with 500+ employees and sustained 100% year‑on‑year headcount growth, needed a reliable HRIS to manage onboarding, rostering and strict compliance for its occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
