Resonate Solutions, a Sydney-based customer engagement consulting firm of 33 staff, faced heavily manual HR processes—paper forms, double-handling and a new‑hire journey that could stretch three to four days. Employee Experience Coordinator Daniela Delinavelli researched cloud HR systems and selected Employment Hero to automate onboarding, employee self-service, leave management and integrate with Xero payroll.

Employment Hero implemented a cloud HR solution and handled the setup and Xero integration, turning a multi-day, paper-driven workflow into an online process: new hires now complete contracts and onboarding in their own time with typical turnaround under 30 minutes, and Daniela’s involvement falls to just three to four minutes.
