Reef Safari Diving, an Airlie Beach-based dive operator with 11 employees, needed a better way to manage onboarding, training, certifications, and safety compliance for staff who spend most of their shifts out at sea. Employment Hero provided a central platform where Reef Safari Diving could share updates, assign training modules, store certifications, and track annual renewals all in one place. The company also used it to create paperless onboarding and induction workflows, helping staff complete training from their phones and giving managers visibility into progress. As a result, Reef Safari Diving improved compliance and made it easier to keep 30+ SSI Divemasters trained and certified each year, though no specific numeric efficiency gains were reported.
