Pharmacy Alliance, an independent pharmacy group supporting over 650 pharmacies, faced growing HR admin pain as its head office expanded: slow, paper-based onboarding (manila folders, Word-to-PDF contracts), difficulty keeping staff up to date with training, and lengthy manual processes.
