Employment Hero keeps Amazonia’s mobile workforce aligned and connected

Amazonia, a global health company with a distributed mobile workforce, needed a better way to manage HR across its 28 employees. The team was relying on Excel, Google Drive, paper documents, and manual processes for leave, payslips, employee records, and onboarding, which made administration time-consuming and hard to coordinate. Employment Hero was brought in to replace these disconnected tools with a cloud-based HR platform.

Using Employment Hero’s HRIS, desktop and mobile apps, and paperless onboarding features, Amazonia streamlined onboarding, centralized employee self-service, and improved transparency for staff and managers. Employees can now access payslips, leave balances, and their own records from anywhere, while managers can track onboarding and send electronic documents more easily. Employment Hero also helped strengthen engagement with features like Shout Outs and set Amazonia up for better goal alignment with OKRs, giving time back to the team and improving trust across the business.
