Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), led in ANZ HR by Jen Graham, operates over 300 airport-based restaurants, cafés and bars and faced acute COVID-19 pressures: rapid transition to remote work, supporting staff wellbeing as sites closed and headcount plunged, and major recruitment challenges.
