Employment Hero delivered paperless onboarding, digital contracts and policies, manager task automation, employee self‑service and payroll integration. As a result, Console Group now completes roughly 75% of onboarding before day one, has reclaimed about one day a week for HR (reducing admin by around a position and a half), improved payroll efficiency and strengthened compliance and employee engagement through built‑in surveys — all enabled by Employment Hero.
