Employment Hero implemented a consolidated HR platform with integrations to QuickBooks, Go1 and JobAdder and features for payroll, contracts, compliance tracking, check-ins and learning management. As a result, Employment Hero helped Community Therapy move from manual processes to a near “one‑click” recruitment-to-onboarding flow, centralised HR tasks, improved compliance (criminal checks, insurances, mandatory training) and enabled rapid training rollouts during COVID-19 — outcomes reflected in strong staff feedback and safer, more consistent care for patients.
