Employment Hero implemented an end-to-end HR and payroll platform for Bunji, including recruitment integration, onboarding, training management, payroll, and a self-service employee app. The result was a streamlined people process that saved up to 3 hours per recruit on onboarding, gave staff access to over 200 hours of training resources, and freed the management team to focus more on participants rather than administration.
