ACIL Allen Empowers and Engages Employees With Employment Hero

ACIL Allen Consulting, a national consulting firm, was struggling with a clunky, manual HRIS that made HR feel like a burden — consultants avoided paperwork, timesheets and leave tracking fell through the cracks, and HR time was consumed by chasing inputs. To improve usability and employee adoption, ACIL Allen Consulting selected Employment Hero (initially Employment Hero HR, later also moving payroll from Xero to Employment Hero Payroll).

The result was a massive reduction in HR administration, higher employee participation in HR tasks and performance reviews, better leadership visibility via on-demand reports, and — after two months on Employment Hero Payroll — no payroll mistakes, allowing HR to be more proactive and strategic.
