Employment Hero’s Premium Payroll and Platinum HR platform gave AIM WA one system for onboarding, leave, timesheets, payslips, reporting and award interpretation. The switch reduced manual admin and compliance risk, improved staff accessibility, and saved about two to three hours per payroll cycle; it also enabled managers to run their own reports and freed up the finance team for more strategic work.
