Southland Supply Group, an Australia-wide civil retail group with around 75 employees across multiple entities, was struggling with manual, time-consuming HR and payroll processes. The result was a major reduction in admin, with payroll now taking just three to four hours per fortnight, better reporting and cash flow visibility, and improved employee self-service through the app. Employment Hero also helped the finance team focus more on strategic work instead of payroll administration.
