Crocs partnered with employee referrals.com to hire people with ambition, passion and strong character, aiming to turn employee engagement into a steady stream of quality candidates. The challenge was improving conversion from participation to hires: for every 100 program participants each month the company saw just 16 referrals and 4 applicants, with candidate sources split 47% LinkedIn, 10% Facebook and 42% other.

Crocs fully integrated employee referrals.com with its Taleo Business Edition ATS and rolled out auto-share to employees, resulting in 145 employees using auto-share, 46% overall employee participation, 84% synced to LinkedIn, 31% synced to Facebook and 63% of participants synced in total. The integration streamlined sharing and tracking across social channels, broadened reach, and created a measurable, more efficient referral pipeline for sourcing candidates.
