Domo faced a rapid hiring challenge to staff growth-critical sales and corporate roles and needed a scalable way to tap employee networks worldwide. The goal was to boost referral participation, widen geographic reach, and integrate referrals into their existing ATS.

They rolled out a fully integrated employee referral program (employeesreferrals.com) synced with Taleo Business Edition and social media, driving 87% employee participation and 83% social syncing. The program generated 1,120 referrals from 45 cities, produced 227 applicants and 78 hires. Top-performing roles included Account Executive (260 referrals → 6 hires) and Account Development Manager (183 referrals → 14 hires).
