They implemented social sharing with auto-share for employees and integrated employee referrals with the Taleo ATS (Business Edition) for mobile access. The program produced 41,476 social impressions, with 327 employees using auto-share and 31% of staff synced to social accounts (38% to Facebook, 57% to LinkedIn), covering 238 active jobs. Top outcomes included 11 referrals (2,890 matches) for Clinical Nurse—BSN, 10 referrals (2,627 matches) for Clinical Nurse—ICU, and 8 referrals (2,102 matches) for Clinical Nurse—Oncology.
