Employee Navigator delivered a simple, highly functional platform and hands-on support that streamlined onboarding (phased use of benefits counselors, call centers, then self-service), reduced setup and support time, and let EFP reframe its business as Human Capital Management rather than transactional insurance sales. With Employee Navigator’s platform in place, EFP achieved a 21% year-over-year increase in sales, 17% year-over-year revenue growth, and expanded brand exposure across the East Coast.
