The shopping center partnered with Emplate to create a digital consumer app and mall engagement platform tailored to Westend’s needs, including shopping offers, news, loyalty, parking, and wayfinding.

Emplate implemented a white-label app with customized home-page content, tenant-generated offers and news, a points-based loyalty program, MapsPeople wayfinding, parking integration, and web content sync through Mall Web. The solution helped Westend promote key areas like the rooftop garden, encourage repeat visits, support safer traffic distribution during Covid, and give customers a more convenient shopping experience, though the case study does not provide specific numeric results.
