Nivy Shopping Center in Bratislava wanted to launch a digital consumer app that would do more than promote stores: it needed to build a sense of community, support a loyalty program, and drive engagement and footfall across the shopping center. To make that happen, Nivy partnered with Emplate and used The Mall Engagement Platform as the basis for its digital mall project.
Emplate helped Nivy launch an app centered on the shopping center’s own content, backed by an omnichannel strategy and a tier-based loyalty program that rewarded visits and user actions. The launch was highly successful, with Nivy gaining 35,000 loyalty members in just four weeks and seeing strong early usage, including nearly 30,000 monthly active users and 25,000 downloads in October, showing strong retention and customer activity.
