CBRE, as asset manager for Næstved Storcenter in Denmark, wanted to go beyond a basic points program and build a more digital, experience-led loyalty strategy. With Emplate’s customized loyalty app, they aimed to increase footfall, dwell time, customer lifetime value, and insight into shopper behavior, while offering customers more than just shopping.
Emplate helped Næstved Storcenter replace its old “Shop Club” with a two-stage app launch, tenant onboarding, cross-media promotion, and ongoing reward-based campaigns such as monthly offers, vending machine redemptions, and interactive events. The results were strong: 83.6% of existing members converted in the first 20 days, the target of 10,000 downloads was surpassed in just 4 months, and the app reached 12,000 downloads and 5,147 active users per month within 6 months. A Mother’s Day competition drew 1,642 participants at an estimated cost of only 0.60 DKK per visit, showing clear ROI for Emplate and CBRE.
