herningCentret, a Danish shopping mall in Herning, wanted to make its digital communication more relevant, increase footfall, better understand customers, and reduce the manual effort required to manage campaigns. To achieve this, the mall turned to Emplate and its loyalty app solution.

Emplate helped herningCentret launch a loyalty app and integrate mall content into its website through Emplate Mall Web. Tenants now upload content regularly, enabling hundreds of campaigns to be shared across channels with only a few hours of weekly management. In the last 12 months, the app delivered 18,000+ downloads, 3,300 campaigns uploaded, 809,605 campaign views, 59,907 campaign visits, and 94,258 mall visits, with 26% of campaign interactions converting to physical shop visits and 63.5% of in-mall app opens leading to a store visit.
