Digital Agency, a Singapore-based new-generation storyteller creating short-form content across Asian markets, needed to choose between two well-developed image ad concepts and required fast, data-driven insight to decide which would better engage its target audience. They turned to Emozo and its platform to run an A/B test measuring attention, emotional appeal and overall engagement, with the requirement that one concept be preferred only if a statistically significant difference emerged.

Emozo designed and deployed the study using its DIY research platform (including a detailed screener), collecting 106 responses in about 48 hours and completing the project within three days; roughly 12% of contacted participants passed the screener. Emozo’s report provided attention, emotional-response and engagement breakdowns that revealed a clear winner—higher engagement for the doodly illustration concept versus stock images—enabling the Digital Agency to make a confident, timely creative decision.
