EP Wealth Advisors, a multistate wealth management firm seeking to grow AUM from $6.7B toward a $20B goal, faced low client engagement with its planning process and lacked a single, aggregated client-facing portal and dynamic scenario tools. EP Wealth implemented eMoney across a centralized planning team and trained advisors to demo the Client Portal in prospect meetings, using Decision Center for scenario modeling. The eMoney deployment drove measurable results: about 1,300 clients added to eMoney, advisor usage doubled in one year, Client Portal adoption rose 20% year-over-year (with an estimated 85% of clients on eMoney and 53% using the portal), and EP Wealth brought in $100M of new assets from existing clients in a year. eMoney’s tools helped accelerate plan development, improve client engagement, and uncover assets to grow AUM.
