Stima, a Belgian marketing firm and co-organizer of the Trends Night conference, wanted a better understanding of participants’ feelings before and during the event. Using Emolytics and its survey module on the registration website and a dedicated event URL, Stima gathered attendee feedback and measured reactions to talks and the conference overall.
Emolytics enabled Stima to capture immediate feedback through the Emoscore and present results in a user-friendly way. The website survey achieved a 15% response rate before the event, and mobile surveys during the event reached 25% of participants. Emolytics also helped Stima identify differences between participant groups and plan improvements for the next year’s event.
