Suwasariya, the national emergency ambulance service of Sri Lanka, faced immense pressure on its call centers and ambulance deployment efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic. To address these critical challenges, Suwasariya partnered with vendor Emojot to implement its AI-driven Emotion Sensors.
Emojot implemented two Emotion Sensors utilizing skip-logic and decision-tree modeling. The first streamlined the ambulance dispatch process, while the second determined PPE requirements for staff. This solution reduced call center congestion, improved response times, ensured the efficient use of ambulances and PPE, and enhanced overall staff readiness for the customer.
