The Escape Game, a rapidly growing escape-room franchise with six U.S. locations, needed to scale its email marketing to drive repeat bookings and make communications more targeted and professional. To move beyond their old platform they partnered with Emma, Inc., using Emma’s Services (strategy, design and automation) to get hands‑on consultation, new templates, and automated workflows.

Emma, Inc. consultants and designers built city-specific email templates, implemented an automated five-day follow-up with location images and discount codes, and ran A/B tests on calls to action. The results: new-subscriber emails now average a 68% open rate, nearly 150 rebooks driven by the automated workflow (78 at the Berry Hill location), and improved engagement metrics (average click rate 31%; “Book Now” 13.89% vs “Blast off!” 8.33%), demonstrating clear lift in repeat bookings and relevance.
