Tnemec Company, Inc., a long-time manufacturer of industrial coatings, needed a better way to run its annual Tank of the Year contest. What had started as a manual, binder-based voting process was limiting engagement, so the company looked to emfluence for a digital solution that could open the contest to broader participation.
emfluence built a voting microsite with a 200+ tank thumbnail gallery, individual tank pages, voting forms, social sharing, and email capture tied into the emfluence Marketing Platform. The campaign drove strong results, including 296 nominations, 90,788 page views in two weeks, 49.7% of traffic from social media, and 46,764 total votes since launch in 2014, helping turn the contest into a broader brand-awareness initiative for Tnemec.
